What is the check-in and check-out process?
All Noble Escapes properties feature seamless self check-in with smart lock technology. You will receive a personalized welcome guide complete with access codes, Wi-Fi details, and curated local recommendations 48 hours prior to your arrival. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, though early check-in and late check-out options may be available upon request.
How do I contact support during my stay?
Our dedicated guest services team is available around the clock via phone, text, or email. All contact information will be provided in your personalized digital welcome guide.
Are pets allowed at your properties?
Noble Escapes properties do not permit pets. In accordance with applicable law, service animals are welcome. If you will be accompanied by a service animal, we kindly ask that you notify us prior to booking so we may best prepare for your stay.
What amenities are included in each property?
Every Noble Escapes property is thoughtfully appointed with premium linens, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, washer and dryer, and luxury bath products. Additional amenities vary by property and are detailed in full on each individual property page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the platform through which your reservation was made. Our standard policy offers a full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to check-in, and a 50% refund for cancellations made within 14 to 30 days. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through our website or via major booking platforms including Airbnb and VRBO.
What is the parking situation at the property?
Each Noble Escapes property has designated parking available for guests. Specific parking details, including the number of spaces and any restrictions, are outlined on each individual property listing page. If you have questions about parking prior to booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Are weddings or large events permitted at your properties?
Noble Escapes properties are intended for private residential use and do not permit weddings, receptions, or large-scale events. Any gatherings beyond the standard occupancy of the property are strictly prohibited. If you have questions about what is permitted during your stay, please contact us prior to booking.
Is dock access available, and can I use the watercraft shown in property photos?
Yes, dock access is available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Please note that any watercraft, boats, jet skis, or water equipment visible in property photos are privately owned and reserved exclusively for owner use — they are not available to guests. We would be happy to connect you with a trusted local boat rental company so you can make the most of your time on Lake Oconee. Simply reach out to us prior to your stay and we will take care of the recommendation.
